This article is more of the opposite kind, it’s a bit de-motivating unfortunate. Casey recommends trading cotton socks for sweat-wicking ones, like the Nike Dri-FIT. Cotton traps moisture which causes friction which cause blisters.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Casey also suggests to put baby power on your feet before you start your run.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;I hope these tips are helpful! He ran eight miles everyday and today he reached his goal! Congrats to Raven!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;This story makes me want to set a long term running goal as well.
